​ Our studio is available to rent. A flexible 100 m² creative studio in the heart of Dublin 7 in Stoneybatter. Designed for photography, video production, content creation as well as rehearsals for film and theatre.

Featuring a full backdrop system, industrial textures, and adaptable styling zones, the studio offers a practical and versatile environment for creators, brands, and production teams seeking an affordable shoot location in Dublin.

Weekday Rates
Weekday €65 per hour (Minimum booking 2 hours)
Weekday Full Day €500 (10 Hours)
Weekday Half Day €325 (5 Hours)

Weekend Rates
Weekend €75 per hour (Minimum booking 2 hours)
Weekend Full Day €650 (10 Hours)
Weekend Half Day €400 (5 Hours)

TERMS
​
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 25 percent is required to confirm all bookings.
Your booking is only secured once payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 48+ hours before booking time. Reschedule or refund.
Less than 48 hours: deposit is non-refundable
Same-day cancellations: full charge applies

Time Policy
Booking time includes setup and pack-down.
Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments.

Studio Use
The studio must be used responsibly.
Damage or excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional charges.

Our studio is located on the first floor of an old building and does not have a lift or wheelchair accessibility.
​
Parking
There is limited parking in the courtyard. But there is paid parking on the streets around the studio.
